The trip went very well. With the exception of the delay at the beginning (act of God) and the rental car damage (act of Stupid), the whole stay was absolutely phenomenal. The weather was absolutely perfect the entire time. More perfect than I thought was possible on Earth. I guess I had to hop over to a different continent to discover that.

Thank you for helping us plan a wonderful honeymoon. I cannot express how wonderful it was, and we will have fond memories forever.

Greece

Greece (Greek: Elláda) is a democratic country with a population of about 11 million in Southern Europe, covering 50,949 square miles, the climate being Mediterranean. Athens is the nation's capital and largest city. Greece shares borders with Albania, the Republic of Macedonia, Bulgaria and Turkey. The Aegean Sea lies to the east of the mainland, the Ionian Sea to the west, and the Mediterranean to the south. Greece’s coastline features about 1400 islands, of which 227 are inhabited. The civilization of Ancient Greece is considered the cradle of all Western civilization, and as such is the birthplace of democracy, Western philosophy, the Olympic Games, Western literature and drama, political science, and major scientific and mathematical principles. Ahhh, Greece! Whether you plan to dive into history or just enjoy wonderful beaches, if you like bustling city life or wild nature, you have come to the right place.

It’s hard to say enough about the beauty and charm of Greece. Even though she suffered some major financial setbacks in the huge Euro crunch of a few years ago, Greece is still one of our all time top destinations, and especially so for honeymooners like Becky.
